- Du schreibst Posts, die zu unserer Markenstimme passen und unsere Zielgruppe erreichen.
- Du recherchierst Trends, Formate und Themen aus der Welt der Managementsysteme und schätzt ein, was davon zu uns und unserer Zielgruppe passt.
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team neue Content-Ideen, etwa für Kampagnen, Produkt-Launches oder Video-Formate.
- Du hilfst Kolleg:innen, als Corporate Influencer auf LinkedIn mit ihren Fachthemen sichtbar zu werden.
- Du behältst unsere Community im Blick, beantwortest Kommentare und Nachrichten und gibst wichtige Signale ans Team weiter.
- Du briefst unser Creation Team für Grafiken, Videos und Bildmaterial.
- Du wertest aus, wie unsere Inhalte ankommen, und zeigst mit Zahlen, was funktioniert und was wir besser machen können.

Deine Aufgaben
Du scrollst nicht einfach durch LinkedIn und Instagram – du überlegst dabei, warum ein Post performt und der andere nicht? Dann bist du bei uns richtig! Unsere eigenen Social-Media-Kanäle sind ein wichtiger Weg, über den Kund:innen uns finden – und den wir mit dir weiter ausbauen möchten. Wir suchen ab sofort jemanden für 20 Stunden pro Woche, der/die mit uns Inhalte plant, umsetzt und mit unserer Community im Gespräch bleibt.
Dein Profil
- Du studierst Kommunikation, Medien, Marketing, BWL oder etwas Ähnliches.
- Du hast ein Gespür für Sprache, schreibst klar und mit Fokus auf unsere Zielgruppe.
- Du kennst dich gut auf LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube und Co. aus und weißt, wie die Kanäle ticken.
- Du interessierst dich für B2B-Themen und kannst auch komplexe Inhalte verständlich verpacken.
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert, auch wenn mehrere Themen gleichzeitig laufen.
- Du gehst offen auf Kolleg:innen zu und holst dir Input, wo du ihn brauchst.
- Erfahrung mit Tools wie Canva, Notion oder Social Media-Planungstools ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
